How to Cancel Your eFax Account

If you need to cancel your account, you can easily do so online:*
- Log in to your eFax web portal.
- Go to the “Account Details” section on the top navigation.
- Click on the “Billing” tab – here you will find the “Cancel My Account” link.
*NOTE:
- You must contact us by chat, phone +00 353 1 656 4909, or email to cancel if you have an annual plan, multiple fax numbers, or an outstanding balance. For your security, you will need your eFax number and the last four digits of your card on file to verify your account before canceling.
